These 26″x16″ nonstick mats are perfect for baking, and the handy measurement guides make rolling out dough as easy as pie! They can safely handle temperatures up to 500° and roll up for easy storage. Plus, they are microwave and dishwasher-safe!

You can use them to line your pans when cooking veggies, bread or rolls, meats, fish, poultry, pizza, and more to keep the food from sticking to the pan and make for easy cleanup. They also eliminate the need for cooking sprays, butter, or oils when baking and roasting.

I like using these kinds of mats for rolling out my dough for baking. It makes it a lot easier to clean up, I don’t have to clean the counter as much because most of the mess is on the mat and it’s more sanitary to roll dough on this mat than straight on the counter. I find that this mat is pretty durable, because the material it’s made of is pretty strong and heavy duty.

I also like that I can roll it up and it pretty much sticks to itself which is good for storage. I like that it has inches on it because I make a lot of apple pies and it’s good to have something to measure by. It also cleans up very well. I highly recommend this mat!
