These are so freaking yummy! I ordered them to put in my kid’s lunches ahead of Valentine’s Day – kind of a tradition for us. They love the couple weeks leading up to Valentine’s Day for this reason.
Of course I had to try one, right? WOAH… Not sure these will make it to the children! They are small, individually wrapped perfection. The shortbread is excellent with a perfect crumble. The simple, buttery shortbread is wonderfully complimented by the dark chocolate ganache and a tiny sprinkle of sea salt which elevates this wonderful little snack. Size is perfect – a few gorgeous little bites and done. Lovely with a cup of coffee or tea. Will my kids ever know I got these, it remains a mystery…

Genuinely, these are my new favorite cookies. I am so happy to have come across these! The shortbread is perfect and tastes so fresh, and the chocolate and caramel is sooo delicious. I love that it comes in a tin, and each cookie is individually wrapped! These are especially tasty with a cup of coffee, but they’re still irresistible by themselves. Not overly sweet, either!
